Shipping & Returns


Most purchases are shipped via UPS or FEDEX to arrive within 7-14 business days upon receipt of order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

Furniture and oversized items might need to travel via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.

Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together. We ship to the US only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of. Proof of purchase is required for a refund. Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less 15% restocking fees on some or our items.

Blue Lotus Homes does not accept a return on many items such as wall art, custom order or final sale items and specific other items. We always suggest to first email us regarding the order you wish to return or exchange with proof of purchase and a reason for return.

If your item was sent via freight, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please ensure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped either via UPS or FEDEX. Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced and the credit process much quicker. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.

Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

Damaged item: We try our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. Unfortunately, this is not completely in our control. If such a case arises, we request you to claim a ‘damaged product delivery’ within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and email us a picture of the damage at to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
